HOLIDAY HOMES

Set any number of rate bands for seasonal periods, including the Bank holiday peaks. Restrict arrival nights to suit your chosen changeover day(s).

HOTELS

Allocate is interfaced with Siteminder, many customers use this to distribute their inventory to Allocate as well as to sales channels that they use, bookings taken through Allocate are returned to Siteminder.  Allocate is also interfaced with Clarity PMS.

Bookings can be started in different ways to suit what is being sold or promoted, specific rooms or special offer packages such as Spa breaks can be the starting point or a non-targeted generic booking lists all the available options; standard rates, advanced purchase and packages. Special offers can also be sold via separate links or promotions.

Multi room bookings are accepted, extras like champagne on arrival or afternoon tea can be added to the booking, extras are selected separately for each room.

CAMPSITES

Manage all your bookings and payments online, get paid as the customers book. Feed inventory to Pitchup.

Sell extras such as logs, food hampers, activities or classes.

View or export booking data, filter by dates or booking feature, create class attendee lists for use by course instructors.

Print arrival summaries.
